Alongside the easing of restrictions on gatherings, service in Landsbankinn's branches is slowly returning to normal. We nevertheless encourage customers to make appointments to receive service at a time that suits.

The Bank’s branches and outlets keep opening hours as advertised. To respect the two-metre distance rule, customers are encouraged to make appointments. By making an appointment, customers receive more targeted service and avoid wait times.

Immediately available solutions

If you are currently experiencing payment difficulties that you expect will be temporary, various solutions can help you bridge the gap. Most such solutions, such as raising the limit on payment cards, taking out loans, withdrawing supplementary pension savings or smoothing credit card bills across longer periods are immediately available through the app or online banking and do not require a visit to the Bank.
