It is easy to register a card to Apple Pay

You can register a card to Apple Pay through either the Landsbankinn app or Apple Wallet.

Registration with the Landsbankinn app

• Open the Landsbankinn app.Go to the menu in the top right corner and select “Cards”. Note that you need to have installed the newest version of the Landsbankinn app.
• Locate the card you wish to register to Apple Pay and select “Add card to Apple Wallet”.
• Apple Wallet opens automatically and your credit card details will appear. From here, you will be guided through the final steps of registration.

Registration with Apple Wallet

iPhone

• Open Wallet.
• Tap the plus symbol in the top right corner.
• Enter your card’s security code to add your credit or debit card affiliated with your iTunes account. Otherwise, select “Add a different card”, and use the iPhone camera to scan the card information.

Apple Watch

• Open the Apple Watch app in your iPhone.
• Tap “Wallet & Apple Pay” and select “Add Credit or Debit Card.”
• Enter your card’s security code to add your credit or debit card affiliated with your iTunes account. Otherwise, select “Add a different card,” and use the iPhone camera to scan the card information.

iPad

• Go to Settings.
• Tap “Wallet & Apple Pay” and select “Add Credit or Debit Card.”
• Enter your card’s security code to add your credit or debit card affiliated with your iTunes account. Otherwise, select “Add a different card,” and use the iPad camera to scan the card information.

MacBook Pro with Touch ID

• Go to System Preferences.
• Select “Wallet & Apple Pay” and select “Add Card.”
• Enter your card’s security code to add your credit or debit card affiliated with your iTunes account. Otherwise, select “Add a different card,” and use the MacBook Pro camera to scan the card information.
