Make an appointment at a time of your choosing
Alongside the gradual easing of restrictions on gatherings, service in Landsbankinn's branches is slowly returning to normal. We nevertheless encourage customers to make appointments to receive service at a time that suits.
The Bank’s branches and outlets keep opening hours as advertised. To respect the two-metre distance rule, customers are encouraged to make appointments. By making an appointment, customers receive more targeted service and avoid wait times.
Appointments for service in branches and the Corporate Banking Service Centre can be made on the Bank’s website or by emailing email@example.com.
The Customer Service Centre is also open from 9:00-16:00. The Customer Service Centre provides all main banking services via phone, tel. +354 410 4000, through online chat and by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that:
- Customers can tend to almost all banking business using Landsbankinn’s app, online banking or the Bank’s website.
- Landsbankinn’s ATMs in 60 different locations throughout the country, have withdrawal, deposit, bill payment and transfer functions. The Landsbankinn app shows the distance to the nearest ATM.
- The application process for payment deferral on housing loans and special disbursement of private pension savings can be completed on the Bank’s website.
